DÉCORBOARD - Acoustic Plasterboard with Superior Finish

Décorboard Acoustic Plasterboard has all the benefits required by Architect, Builder and Owner Builder.

Décorboard is perforated plasterboard which is ideal for ceilings and walls where noise reduction is required, along with design and aesthetic qualities.

Economical and simple to install, Décor Board is produced from fire-resistant plaster board.

Décorboard is perforated for acoustic properties and can be backed by poly- wrapped fibreglass ceiling batts - the larger the hole, the higher the degree of sound absorption.

Décorboard can be used in walls or a 2-way exposed ceiling grid system and fixed according to the manufacturers instruction, normally in a 1200mm x 600mm module.  Pre-finished Décorboard lay-in panels are then positioned in the grid, and hold down clips are not usually necessary.
